The controller should be chosen 20% over rated due to the long lasting load.

Battery should be chosen about 15/ - 1/20 of the max current for 4-3 minutes WOT. 30-40 C is appropriate.

    Purchase HET 2W23

    I brought the Viper Jet kit from Turbines-rc and added the 2w23 fan unit to offer the additional performance of a 5s set-up.

    I ordered from the U.K. The unit took about 7 working days to arrive and was in perfect condition. Once fitted to the Viper Jet the fan proved to be a great performer; smooth, powerful, and a definite upgrade on the units fitted to ARTF and RTF models as original equipment. The sound of the fan is realistic and turbine-like and there's no hint of vibration or odd resonances - thank you Turbines-rc
