Originally developed in the 1960s for counter‑insurgency missions, the North American Rockwell OV‑10 Bronco was designed as a highly versatile military aircraft capable of light attack, reconnaissance, and utility roles. It proved its effectiveness during the later years of the Vietnam War and in Operation Desert Storm, excelling in anti‑guerrilla operations and close air support. Many Broncos remain in service today.

The E‑flite® Micro OV‑10 is a compact, affordable, and practical replica of this distinctive twin‑engine aircraft, making it accessible to a wider range of RC pilots. It works with common 3S 600–850mAh batteries and includes Spektrum™ AS3X® stabilization plus optional SAFE® Select assistance, making it the easiest‑to‑fly OV‑10 model yet. The OV‑10 Bronco is one of the most recognizable twin‑turboprop military aircraft ever built. Larger RC versions, such as the Hangar 9 20cc and 30cc models, may be out of reach for many pilots — but the E‑flite® Micro OV‑10 Bronco offers a more accessible size and price while retaining excellent scale detail.

It comes fully assembled with a factory‑installed control unit featuring a Spektrum receiver equipped with AS3X® and optional SAFE® Select. Bind it to any DSMX®/DSM2® 5‑channel or higher transmitter and enjoy real‑time telemetry such as battery voltage and current when using compatible Spektrum radios. Skill Level 3 – Intermediate Pilots (Experience Required)

Skill Level 3 aircraft, like this one, are suitable for RC pilots who already have experience with “Next Step” and beyond aircraft, plus the skills to assemble, set up and fly similar class models. And although this is the easiest to fly OV-10 Bronco model yet, it's not a suitable first-ever RC aircraft for new pilots. You should have the experience and skills necessary to successfully fly models like the E-flite UMX Timbers, UMX Twin Otter, Micro DRACO, Micro Scrappy or larger and twin models before attempting to fly the Micro OV-10 Bronco.

Exclusive Technologies

This is the first OV-10 Bronco model equipped with exclusive Spektrum AS3X and SAFE Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger airplane. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch to make this an easier to fly OV-10. SAFE Select also features an automatic Hand Launch Assist mode that senses the force of a hand launch and adds up elevator so the airplane climbs at a higher angle for a few seconds to make it easier to launch.

Telemetry Capability

The Micro OV-10 Bronco is equipped with a control unit including a receiver and ESCs that provide a variety of real-time power system-related telemetry data including overall battery voltage, current draw, and more – when using Smart and non-Smart batteries – to compatible Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 to 20, the iX12 to 20, and others) while you fly.

High Performance

The factory-installed twin brushless power system features powerful 3S-compatible outrunner motors equipped with counter-rotating props. Gear Options
