This new combo is a replacement for the DS-94-DIA HST + DSM6730-650Kv

The 128mm fan for high static thrust

Our established HST® fans DS-94-DIA HST and DS-77-DIA HST have been reconsidered in order to achieve even more efficiency while keeping its cool operation level and high reliability:

  • improved aerodynamics at the stator for maximum thrust
  • high-temperature resistant adhesives allowing for reliability even in extreme environments
  • Rotor enhanced by means of an optimised carbon fibre roving ensuring highest crash resistance and reliability
  • slightly increased surface area for more take-off thrust
  • ribbed full aluminium stator providing cool motor operation at all times in combination with our patented cooling system

The new 128mm DS-98-DIA HST® still can be ordered with three different motor options. Motors haven been optimised magnetically and equipped with a stiff 10mm precision shaft. All rotating components are fine-balanced. The propulsion is build up from finest carbon/epoxy and aluminium parts. High modulus carbon fibre comes into use for the rotor blades and shell. HST Schubeler EDF serie units are real jewels! All units are precisely and carefuly hand made by Schubeler "craftmen / techniciens". Motors are only installed by Schubeler in their factory. All parts are carefuly checked and all rotating parts tested and balanced dynamicaly.
Delivery time : HST units are made on demand and manufacturing delay, usually 4 to 5 weeks, may vary depending upon period. Please contact us.
Notes : The "Secure Fan Fix" system visible on some pictures is sold separately. Combos including the ESC, adjusted and wired are available. Intake lips are also available. A "nacelle" version can be provided on-demand.
