Please have a look at the pictures on this page to learn how to change the motor rotating direction (CW / CCW).
As it is a very small motor, propeller saver is not recommended, because the propeller saver will be too heavy compare with such a small motor, you can use a plastic tube on the shaft and push the propeller onto the shaft.
