The F-22 Raptor is the world’s first Fifth Generation fighter, and its technology and performance continue to set the standard against which all other fighter jets are judged. The Freewing F-22 is a flying RC replica of this innovative fighter jet. Boasting both the lowest stall speed and one of the highest top speeds among all of Freewing’s jets, this super scale F-22 is capable of executing maneuvers most other EDFs can only dream of –our design team considers it a Performer and a Trainer in one!

This 8S version features a 90mm 12 blade impeller mounted to a powerful 4075-1350Kv inrunner brushless motor and 120A HV ESC. The F-22’s maximum level airspeed exceeds 195KPH / 122MPH

Overall, the Freewing 90mm F-22 is a very approachable flyer and suitable for pilots moving up to their first 90mm jet from a smaller 70mm or 80mm jet. For pilots already familiar with the handling of a 90mm jet, the Freewing F-22 offers the potential to master an expanded set of realistic maneuvers.

Appearance

Freewing 90mm F-22 Raptor, the exquisite manual spraying technique makes the surface appear natural, with different shades of gray camouflage, which brings more realistic visual effects to the product.

Structure and assembly

Modular design. The main parts such as main wing, horizontal tail, vertical tail (except several smaller foam parts) all use the quick release structure and are fixed with screws. The main wing electronic equipment and the battery compartment are connected by a ribbon cable. Easy to use and easy to carry.

Battery compartment

Large  battery compartment space can easily fit 6S 5000mAh battery. Arrange all kinds of electronic cables through the blue control box to keet the hatch tidy. Its more convenient to use and operate in battery compartment.

Structure of control surface

The gap-less plastic hinge structure ensures the apperance, safety and reliability of use. Through pushrod,ball buckle, metal ball head buckle, the control surface is precisely controlled.

Landing gear & cabin door

15kgf.cm torque L series landing gear retractable controller, strong torsion force, can easily retract and open the landing gear. The aluminum CNC shock-absorbing landing gear main struts have reliable structure and larger wheels, which can adapt to mud, sand and grass runways for takeoff. The nose gear door has complete functions and is controlled by a servo. The rear landing gear includes a unilateral follow-up door.
