Description

Based on the popular Habu STS from E-flite®, the more powerful and more capable Habu SS 70mm EDF is a high performance EDF sport plane that is easy and extremely fun to fly! It's a perfect first EDF jet and one of the best everyday sport jets for experienced pilots!

The Habu SS offers the same incredible low-speed handling and performance as the STS, but features updates and improvements for more aerobatic capabilities, higher speeds and nearly limitless vertical performance. The specially tuned motor and 10-blade 70mm EDF are compatible with 4S to 6S batteries without the need to modify or upgrade them. This factory-installed power system offers plenty of speed and thrust with 4S 3200mAh batteries, increased power with 5S batteries, or nearly limitless vertical performance and speeds of up to 100 MPH when diving with 6S batteries 4000mAh.

Factory finished in a high-visibility color scheme, the airframe is composite reinforced and reinforced to handle the increased speed and aerobatic capabilities right out of the box.

The fixed landing gear, which can be used as an option, has smaller diameter wheels and tires for a sleeker appearance and less resistance. Wide gauge landing gear and steerable nose wheel make it easy to taxi, take off and land on paved, dirt or short grass surfaces. You can also install the Habu STS's oversized wheels and tires to fly over thicker grass and other rough surfaces. You can also remove the landing gear for more speed and vertical performance with easy hand launches over grass and belly landings. Best of all, the Habu SS 70mm EDF assembles quickly and easily without glue or special tools - so you can be ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge a battery.
