Epoxy for gluing, repairing and sealing

The Everglue 5-minute epoxy is a solvent-free 2K adhesive made of reaction synthetic resin and a hardener. The transparent epoxy resin is particularly suitable for the universal assembly, repair and surface sealing of different materials such as metal, plastic, styrofoam®, ceramics, glass, porcelain, stone, wood, concrete, cardboard, tiles, rubber and many more. When cured, the Everglue 5-minute epoxy is sustainably resistant to water, gasoline and oil. Typical areas of application are, for example, vehicle construction, boat construction, model making, knife making as well as the jewelry and jewelry trade.

Mix in a 1:1 ratio

After mixing both components in equal parts, the processing time at room temperature is about five minutes. Under warmer conditions, the components react faster with each other, which may shorten the processing time. After just 10-15 minutes, the glue is firm. The final strength is after approx. 2-3 hours reached. Excess synthetic resin can be mechanically processed and overpainted when cured.
