EPF Hobby Mercury II 11 Blades 104mm EDF Ducted Fan + 1600Kv Motor 6s combo, pre-mounted and dynamically balanced.

Mercury EDF are full alloy high precision CNC made and are offering a very good thermal dissipation. The 11 blade rotor is also made of aluminium and accepts high rotation speeds. The front "spinner" does not rotate (vibration risk elimination) and is protected between 2 sets of 4 stators. Eliminating any risk of rotor ejection. The brushless motor is located at the front of the edf for a better head dissipation.

    Exceptionally good

    Hello,
    I built this EDF (Mercury II, 104mm, 8S) into a heavily customized HSD Hobby F-16. The EDF is very well made. The metal parts fit well into each other and are very light. The sound is good. The thrust appears as advertised. Built into the F-16 I got about 5.5+ kgs of thrust at about 32 Volts and 118 Amperes from a 40C battery. I thought this was a very good result, especially as the F-16 is constrained by the amount of air it gets to the fan.
